This eLearning course, Being a Subject Matter Expert, was based on the work of another instructional designer but was tailored to be specific for the needs of our internal department.  This was a fun project to execute as it sat outside the norm of the vast majority of our design templates and allowed for a different path of creativity.  

This eLearning course was used to onboard new SMEs so that they might have a better understanding of what their role would entail.
